The How-To of YOU

The EvolveMe

Personal User Manual

What’s the number one thing we hear mid-career women want in a role?

Culture fit.

How to achieve it? Start by understanding YOU!

Are you in a career transition? Take a pause to explore not just WHAT you want to do in your next chapter, but HOW you want to do it.

Currently working? Taking time for reflection will help you be a better collaborator and a more transparent colleague.

We all rely on user manuals to figure out how technology works, but what about for us humans who’re even more complicated?

“Judy and Linda bring a wealth of experience and understanding of the practical and psychological challenges women face in the workplace… they’re in your corner!”
-Joyce W.

Creating your own personal “user manual” is an exercise
for you to explore who you are at work -- your preferences,
sensibilities, communication styles, and values. It will help you:

Communicate more effectively as remote work has eliminated many of the verbal cues we benefit from IRL.

Work more effectively in teams, cultivate better relationships, and be more productive.

Demonstrate greater self-awareness of your skills, leadership style, and what’s important to you.

You want to work in an organization that gets you.

And the first step to achieving that is to understand yourself better
-- the “behind the scenes” of professional you!

Now’s your chance -- you decide!

About Us

Meet Judy Schoenberg & Linda Lautenberg

Navigating a career transition can seem overwhelming and unachievable. We know because we’ve been there! We found the process isolating -- Linda as a returner after an 18-year break and Judy as a pivoter from a national non-profit. We knew there were many women in the same position and yearned for a group of like-minded peers with whom to undergo the professional reinvention process.

After building out a program for women returning to work in the social impact sector, we came to realize the very real need for programming developed specifically for women at mid-life. And we discovered our passion.

We founded EvolveMe as a way to help mid-career women kick-start their career transformation through curated programming and support from each other.
